Mr. Jamiu Adetola Kukoyi recently completed a 21-day study tour in China and shared his reflections with us. He visited Yong’an Village, a « Digital Village » in Hangzhou; the Jiufeng waste incineration power plant; the Yiwu International Trade Market; and explored the business model of YAKI, a one-stop hardware store.
« My China story is therefore not simply a story about a 21-day trip, » he said. « It is a story about discovery, changed perspectives and new possibilities. »
He looks forward to bringing China’s development experience back to Nigeria, and believes that knowledge, technology, and partnership are the keys to the future.
